Salt & Pepper Chips
With their mixed cut sized and homemade skin on look, SuperCrunch Pure and Rustic are the perfect chip to go with Chinese salt and pepper seasoning
Ingredients
150g SuperCrunch Pure & Rustic
1 Tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Chilli flakes
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pink peppercorns
1 Green Chilli
1 Red Chilli
2 Shallots
2 Garlic cloves
2 Spring onions
Handful Coriander leaf
15ml oil for frying (eg rapeseed or sunflower)
Method
Cook SuperCrunch Pure & Rustic as per packet
Thinly slice garlic, shallots, chilli and lightly fry in the oil for 2-3 minutes
Add salt, sugar and spices then once combined add chips
Stir fry chips in mixture for 2-3 minutes until fully coated
Serve topped with sliced spring onions and fresh coriander
