Pesto Dip

Nothing tastes better than homemade pesto. So tasty with Aviko Grip ’n Dip!

Ingredients (4 servings): 

• Aviko Grip ’n Dip 

• 1 bunch of basil 

• 50 g pine nuts 

• 50 g Parmesan cheese 

• 1 garlic clove 

• 100 ml olive oil 

• Pepper and salt

Method 

Preparation time: 10 minutes 

• Clean the garlic. Unzip the leaves of the basil. 

• Blend all ingredients in the blender to make a smooth dip. 

• Season with salt and pepper and serve in a bowl. 

• Prepare the fries according to directions on the package and serve with the dip. 

Tip: As a variation, also make pesto from arugula and/or replace the pine nuts with shelled pistachios.
