Full Yorkshire Breakfast

Serve up something a little different with a cooked breakfast loaded into a giant Yorkie, what could possibly go wrong?

Ingredients 

2 Aviko Hash Brown Triangles 

2 Sausages

3 Rashers Bacon

1 Egg

3 Slices Black pudding

100g Baked beans

2 Flat Mushrooms

 

Yorkshire Pudding

200g plain flour

4 eggs

200ml whole milk

½ tsp fine sea salt

2 Tbsp Vegetable oil

Method

  • To make Yorkshire pudding add ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth then leave to rest for 30 minutes
  • Preheat oven to 240C
  • Add oil to a circular oven dish and heat in oven
  • Add mixture to dish and cook in oven for around 20 minutes or until full risen  
  • Shallow fry sausages, bacon, mushrooms, egg and black pudding
  • Heat up baked beans
  • Cook Aviko Hash Browns as per packet
  • To serve arrange items in Yorkshire pudding
