Desi Breakfast with Hash Browns

A healthy and vibrant South Asian style breakfast of curried chickpeas, scrambled tofu and masala beans is perfect with a portion of Aviko Hash Browns.

Ingredients 

2 Aviko Hash Brown Triangles

50g Chana masala

50g Baked beans

1 tsp Curry powder

30g Tofu

1/2 tsp Turmeric

 

Method

  • Cook Aviko Hash Browns as per packet
  • Mix baked beans and curry powder and heat up
  • Scramble tofu in a pan with a little oil and turmeric
  • Heat up chana masala
  • Serve hash browns alongside other ingredients
  • Garnish with chillies and coriander
