Cinnamon sugar dusted Aviko Hash Brown Rounds make a perfect sweet/savoury crunch, top with berries and Cornish cream for a gluten-free twist on French toast.
Ingredients
3 Aviko Hash Brown Rounds
20g Clotted cream
50g Mixed berries
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
10g Icing sugar
1 Tbsp Chopped mint
Method
- Cook Aviko Hash Brown Rounds as per packet
- Mix together cinnamon and sugar
- Dust hash browns with cinnamon sugar mix
- Serve hash browns topped cream, berries and mint
