Spain meets Italy for this delicious dipping treat combining sweet creamy ricotta and nutty pistachio pieces.

Ingredients

5-6 Aviko Frozen Churros per portion

50g Ricotta Cheese

10g Icing sugar plus more for dusting

10g Pistachio pieces

 

Method

Cook Aviko Frozen Churros as per packet instruction.

Whip ricotta with sugar until smooth.

Dust Churros with icing sugar and serve with sweet ricotta dip and pistachio pieces
