Blackbean - Chipotle Dip

This blackbean-chipotle dip pairs wonderfully with our Grip ’n Dip.

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • Aviko Grip ’n Dip 
  • 150 g black beans (rinsed and drained from a tin) 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 clove of garlic 
  • ½ tsp ground cumin 
  • 1-2 tbsp chipotle sauce 
  • 1 sprig of mint 
  • Hand blender with chopper

Method

Preparation time: 15 minutes 

  • Put the yoghurt in a bowl. Coarsely grate the cucumbers and add. 
  • Grate or crush the garlic. 
  • Add the garlic to the yoghurt too and mix everything together. 
  • Stir the sriracha into the tzatziki and season with salt. 
  • Prepare the fries according to the instructions on the package and serve with the dip.
