
Blackbean - Chipotle Dip
This blackbean-chipotle dip pairs wonderfully with our Grip ’n Dip.
Ingredients (4 servings):
- Aviko Grip ’n Dip
- 150 g black beans (rinsed and drained from a tin)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 1-2 tbsp chipotle sauce
- 1 sprig of mint
- Hand blender with chopper
Method
Preparation time: 15 minutes
- Put the yoghurt in a bowl. Coarsely grate the cucumbers and add.
- Grate or crush the garlic.
- Add the garlic to the yoghurt too and mix everything together.
- Stir the sriracha into the tzatziki and season with salt.
- Prepare the fries according to the instructions on the package and serve with the dip.
