Ale Glazed Onion Rings with Blue Cheese Sauce
Take your onion rings to the next level with a delicious sticky, sweet ale glaze and rich creamy blue cheese sauce
Ingredients
150g Aviko Beer Battered Onion Rings
50g Blue cheese
100ml Double cream
200ml Light ale
25g Sugar
Method
- Cook Aviko Beer Battered Onion Rings as per packet instruction
- Add sugar to ale in pan and heat until reduced by half
- Gently simmer cream until reduced by half then add blue cheese
- To serve toss onion rings in ale glaze then top with blue cheese sauce
