It’s an exciting upcoming period for Aviko, with multiple new product launches and the launch of our snackables range. Our Snackables include brand new sets of products that will get your customers excited and hungry for more.
Insights have found that the snacking trend is growing, now 26% of consumers look for snacks to eat outside of their home. Likewise, 55% of Gen Z are willing to try new foods. This means your outlet could expect to see increased footfall during the ‘lull’ between lunch and dinner. Also, 90% of consumers snack multiple times throughout the day, with 7% of these consumers forgoing meals altogether in favour of all day snacking. This shows the importance of having snack options available on your menu, to ensure you don’t miss out on this great opportunity.
Beer Flavoured Mozzarella Sticks
Our first new product launch of the year will be the beer flavoured mozzarella sticks. Creamy mozzarella cheese coated in a crispy beer-flavoured batter. They’re perfect for sharing menus or as a bar snack and a great opportunity for your business to capitalise on the snack and sharing trend.
Jalapeno Nacho Cheese Bites
Our next new product launch will be around Easter and it’ll be the Jalapeno Nacho Cheese Bites. These are small bites of rich nacho cheese and spicy jalapenos encased in a crunchy tortilla crisps and breadcrumb coating. Being on trend and with a fast-cooking time, they are perfect for QSR and fast food chains.
Chili Cheezz Nuggets and Vegan Chicken Pops
Later on in the year we are excited to announce that we will be releasing a new range of Snackables called ‘Green Delight.’ This is our range of plant-based vegan snacks and appetisers, including Vegan Chilli Cheezz Nuggets, Vegan Chicken Pops and Cheezz Onion Rings. Our Vegan ‘Chicken’ Pops are a great plant-based meat substitute option to serve to vegan and vegetarian diners.
At Aviko, we’re obsessed with the humble spud and its versatility, and we’ve taken that one step further by developing a vegan cheese for our Green Delight range, that’s derived from potato starch. The finished product still has the tangy cheesy taste you’d expect but just without any cheese, they’re well worth a try, trust us!
