Kimchi Cheese and Prawn Tots
Hash Brown Bites tossed in a mix of Korean pickled cabbage and sharp cheddar with juicy marinated and blackened king prawns.
Ingredients
100g King prawns
150g Aviko Hash Brown Bites
50g Kimchi
50g Cheddar cheese
Marinade
2 Cloves garlic
1 Red chilli
1 Lime
To serve
1 Spring onion
1 Red chilli
Handful Coriander leaves
Method
- For marinade mince garlic and finely chop chilli then juice lime, mix together with prawns and leave overnight or for at least 2 hours
- Cook Aviko Hash Brown Bites as per packet instruction
- Roughly chop kimchi and grate cheddar then mix with cooked hash brown bites and place in a warm oven for 3-5 minutes to melt cheese
- Stir fry prawns until slightly charred
- To serve top Hash Brown Bites with prawns then chopped chilli, spring onion and coriander leaves
