Ingredients
2 Aviko Hash Brown Rounds
1 Paratha
50g Spinach and lentil dal
25g Avocado slices
1 Tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
1/2 Red chilli
Method
- Cook Aviko Hash Brown Rounds as per packet
- Prepare paratha as per packet
- Heat up dal
- Stuff paratha with dal, avocado slices and Hash Brown Rounds
- Garnish with coriander leaves and finely sliced chilli
