Hash Brown Paratha Wrap

Pack a flaky paratha with rich spinach daal, fresh avocado slices and Aviko Hash Brown Rounds for a healthy brunch with a hint of spice.

Ingredients 

2 Aviko Hash Brown Rounds 

1 Paratha

50g Spinach and lentil dal

25g Avocado slices

1 Tbsp Chopped coriander leaves

1/2 Red chilli

 

Method

  • Cook Aviko Hash Brown Rounds as per packet 
  • Prepare paratha as per packet
  • Heat up dal
  • Stuff paratha with dal, avocado slices and Hash Brown Rounds
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and finely sliced chilli
